These terms govern your use of Pranafy. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Pranafy is operated from Montréal, Québec, Canada.
The service
Pranafy provides guided breathwork practices for wellness and education. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please read the medical disclaimer in the app before practicing.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign in secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and tell us of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and purchases
Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto renewing subscription, with a single session unlock available separately. Prices are shown before purchase. Web payments are handled by Stripe. Purchases made inside a mobile app store are billed by that store under its own terms.
Free trial
Pro may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the price shown and your payment method is charged.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non refundable.
Referrals
Referral rewards are credits applied to your account when an invited friend subscribes and meets the conditions described in the app. We may adjust or withdraw rewards in case of abuse.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, share your access, attempt to disrupt it or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Health and safety
Breathwork involves significant physiological changes. You practice voluntarily and assume the inherent risks. Stop and seek care if you feel unwell. See the in app medical disclaimer for contraindications.
Intellectual property
All audio, text, visuals and software in Pranafy belong to Pranafy or its licensors and are provided for your personal non commercial use only.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pranafy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Québec law.
Termination
You may stop using Pranafy and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or the service is discontinued.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Québec have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
