This policy explains what information Pranafy collects, how we use it and the choices you have. Pranafy is operated from Montréal, Québec, Canada. By using Pranafy you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect the email address you sign in with, your practice activity such as sessions completed, streaks and progress, your language preference and your subscription status. When you buy a plan or a session, payment is handled by Stripe and we store only your subscription state and a Stripe customer reference, never your full card details.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide the service, track your practice and progress, manage your subscription and referrals, send essential messages about your account and improve Pranafy. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers that run the service: Supabase for authentication and database, Stripe for payments, DigitalOcean for hosting and audio delivery and Resend for transactional email. Each processes data on our behalf under its own security commitments.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile then Account actions. This permanently removes your profile, practice history, passes and referral data and cancels any active subscription.
Your rights
Under Québec Law 25 and Canadian PIPEDA you may access, correct or delete your personal information and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
Security
Your data is hosted in Canada (Supabase region ca-central-1) and protected by row level security, encryption in transit and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Pranafy is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
